State House, Freetown, Sierra Leone – 19th June 2025 — In a significant milestone for Sierra Leone’s infrastructural development, the Government of Sierra Leone has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Acrow Corporation of America for the design, build, operate, and transfer (DBOT) of the highly anticipated Lungi Bridge project.

- Dr. Edward Hinga Sandy, Executive Director of the National Investment Board (NIB), who described the occasion as the culmination of extensive strategic dialogue, technical assessments, and high-level engagements between the government and Acrow.
