The National Investment Board (NIB), in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and supported by the Opportunity Salone Program, is training community groups in Kenema District on community mobilization, contract management, and monitoring. This initiative, part of the Sustainable Feeder Roads Management Mechanism under the Public-Private-Community Partnership (PPCP) framework, aims to empower communities to take an active role in managing and maintaining rural roads. Similar training efforts are also planned for Bo, Port Loko, and Bombali Districts.
